Covid-19 - UPDATE

COVID-19 UPDATE: I hope that everyone is staying safe and well during these surreal and difficult times.  I just wanted to let you know that I am still working and able to undertake bespoke work and post orders. 

We are slowly emerging from another lockdown in the UK and services are starting to re-open over the coming weeks and months.  As things stand at the moment, I will be able to start booking appointments at my studio from week commencing April 12th.  If you would like to arrange an appointment to visit the studio, please contact me and we'll arrange a convenient day and time for you to visit.  Please note, visitor numbers will be limited to a maximum of two and you will be required to wear a face covering during our meeting.  Full safety details will be sent to you nearer the time of your appointment. 

For those of you who live too far away to visit the studio or who prefer to have a virtual meeting online, I am holding video consultations via Zoom or FaceTime - who would've thought these would become second nature - so, if you would like to arrange a time to have a chat and talk through your ideas, please contact me and we'll arrange a time.  Online meetings can be held between just the two of us, or you can include friends or family too.  We can talk about any ideas that you have and I can show you some of the headpieces and materials in more detail. 

I am still working as per normal throughout these strange times and I am still able to post to most locations in the world.  The pandemic has caused some delays with international orders and the recent departure of the UK from Europe has caused some difficulities in posting to the EU.  Please contact me to discuss any international order enquiries and I will obtain details of cost and time scale before we proceed. All of my international deliveres are sent through DHL so they are fully insured and trackable end to end.  

We can also still discuss any queries or design ideas that you might have via the internet with email so I'd love to hear from you if you're ready to think about your bridal accessories or jewellery ideas. 

Postal services are sometimes taking a little longer to arrive at the moment so please do allow plenty of time for orders to be made.  UK Deliveries are all sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is still arriving the day after posting but is no longer guaranteed to arrive by 1pm.  Overseas deliveries can take longer at the moment depending on the destination so please do contact me as soon as possible if you are an overseas bride.
